Uh....Twins

So not only was today my last day working at Sun Microsystems after almost 10 years, but my wife and I also found out that we're going to have, uh, twins. Weird, wild stuff. We were thinking of having one more (to go with the two boys we already have) but this is a whole new ballgame. How do you deal with having four kids under five years old and the last two are twins?
